‘You aren’t alone’: Lewandowski guarantees to put on Ukraine armband at Qatar 2022

September 22 – Poland captain Robert Lewandowski has pledged to put on Ukrainian colors on his sleeve on the World Cup to indicate solidarity with the invaded nation.

The Barcelona striker met former Ukraine captain and coach Shevchenko at Warsaw’s nationwide stadium to gather a particular blue and yellow armband as a present which he’ll put on in Qatar.
